Pinot Bianco DOC "Schulthauser" white wine, 750 ml

Pinot Blanc has been cultivated in its second home, South Tyrol, since 1850 and has since become one of our winery's most important wines. First bottled in 1982, Schulthauser has since become one of South Tyrol's most famous Pinot Blancs. It is a harmonious, fresh wine with fruity notes that seduces the palate with its creaminess and distinctive acidity. The majority (85%) is fermented in steel tanks, the remainder in wooden barrels with subsequent malolactic fermentation. The two wines are blended in February. An exclusive aperitif and summer wine, it also makes a versatile food companion: it pairs well with seafood and fish, as well as delicate game dishes. It is especially recommended with South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen
