Cheese "Pustertaler", 150 g

This cheese variety has been on the market since 1974, and convinces with its smooth, elegant consistency and its pleasantly mild-aromatic taste. The dark-yellow to light-red rind is characteristic for the "Pusteria", as is its yellow-white dough with pea-sized holes.
Ideal in combination with cured ham or apples, to melt on polenta or vegetables, for cheese dumplings.

Pasteurised milk, lactic ferments, salt, microbial rennet.
Naturally lactose free.
