Lagrein, one of the most typical red wine varieties of South Tyrol and the Bolzano Winery, thrives in the valley floor around Bolzano, where temperatures fluctuate significantly between day and night. Only select grapes from the best, low-yielding vineyards are used for the Prestige Grieser Lagrein Riserva. The wine is an impenetrable garnet red, with wonderful aromas on the nose and a long, harmonious finish on the palate. The Lagrei Grieser Prestig has hints of vanilla and cocoa, and its flavor is robust and harmonious with smooth and elegant tannins. It pairs well with meat dishes or game and spicy hard cheeses
