Only the finest meat from pigs from Italy, infused with a light fat grain for intense flavour and tender texture, is used for Speck ham from the Moser Alpino range. This Speck is refined by hand with a mixture of spices according to a traditional Moser Speck family recipe, and lightly smoked at 20°C to develop its full flavour in 26 weeks of maturing.
