The organic "Edelweiss" Camembert from the Algund dairy impresses with its pleasantly creamy consistency and aromatic mushroom flavor. Aromatic, mild to slightly acidic, with a very pleasant mushroom flavor.
Consistency: soft, smooth, pleasant consistency, almost runny when mature.
