The organic "Edelweiss" Camembert from the Algund dairy impresses with its pleasantly creamy consistency and aromatic mushroom flavor. In the kitchen, creativity knows no bounds with this soft cheese, making it ideal as a cold cut, in salads, or for gratinating. Aromatic, mild to slightly acidic, with a very pleasant mushroom flavor.
Consistency: soft, smooth, pleasant consistency, almost runny when mature.
Milk: 100% organic milk from South Tyrol.
