Shortly after the company was founded by the brothers Adolf and Walter Moser, the fine South Tyrol Speck specialities from Moser Speck were literally on everyone’s lips. Under the management of Peter Moser with his sons Joachim and Matthias, the company based in Naturno in the Val Venosta Valley is now one of the best-known Speck producers in South Tyrol. The dry microclimate of the region is ideal for the production of Moser Speck, which owes its unique aroma to the high-quality raw ingredients and traditional recipes.
