Gewürztraminer ‘Leiten’ white wine, 750 ml

Grape variety: Gewürztraminer
The vineyards of the ‘Leiten’ Gewürztraminer lie in the lower part of South Tyrol. The ground consists of deep loamy gravel on limestone soils. The Mediterranean climate is characterised by warm summers and mild winters and by the warm south wind Ora from Lake Garda in the afternoon. The grapes are harvested by hand. The clarified must then ferments for approx. 3 weeks in steel tanks. Before bottling, the young wine matures for another 5 months on the fine lees.
Colour: intense straw yellow
Smell: rich and spicy notes, kiwi, with a hint of rose
Taste: round, juicy, notes of exotic fruits, fresh finish
