South Tyrol ‘Schüttelbrot’ handmade crispy rye flat-bread, 260 g

The Schüttelbrot, crispy, spicy and simply delicious, a special specialty that we South Tyroleans are proud of. Gruber Baking produces this traditional type of bread from South Tyrol with great care based on an old family recipe. The name "shake bread" comes from the special production method in which the dough is shaken several times before baking to give it its characteristic shape and texture. The result is a crispy, wafer-thin bread that is perfect for nibbling and enjoying. The spicy taste and the pleasant crust make the Schüttelbrot a real culinary delight. It goes perfectly with cheese, spreads or simply on its own as a hearty snack.
ATTENTION IMPORTANT NOTE: Because the Schüttelbrot from Gruber Baking is extremely thin, it usually breaks during transport and is therefore not replaced
