Spinach bread dumplins mix, 140 g

With the practical mix from Niki Back, spinach dumplings are a breeze. High-quality dumpling bread, mild spinach and a little spice for a little kick, that's all you need for good spinach dumplings. The whole thing is so easy, you can add a crisp garden salad, a little brown butter and parmesan cheese or maybe a spicy Gorgonzola sauce, depending on your mood.
It's that easy: Put the contents of the pack in a bowl, add an egg and 150 ml of hot milk. Mix the ingredients into a dough and then leave to rest for 10 minutes. Shape the dough into 6 small dumplings (approx. 5 cm in diameter) and cook in boiling salted water for 15 minutes.
