At 1,400 meters above sea level, on the sunny slopes of Mount Plose near Bressanone above the Eisack Valley, we at Herba Plose cultivate over 80 different medicinal and aromatic plants. We hand-harvest the flowers and leaves at the right ripeness, dry them, and gently process them into herbal tea blends, herbal salt, spices, and toppings. Decorative seasoning for butter, cream cheese, mozzarella, salads, vegetables, risotto, clear soups, and cream soups, among others.
Contains 40g dried, medium-finely shredded leaves of mountain savory, lemon balm, oregano, peppermint, hyssop, thyme, dill, celery, petals of marigold, colorful cornflowers and poppies
