Mix the mixture, form the dumplings, cook them and enjoy real South Tyrolean bacon dumplings at home even during your lunch break.
It's that simple: Put the contents of the pack in a bowl, add an egg and 150 ml of hot milk. Mix the ingredients into a dough and then let it rest for 10 minutes. Form the dough into 6 small dumplings (approx. 5 cm in diameter) and cook in boiling salted water for 15 minutes
