In the mix you will find the finest dumpling bread, bacon and typical spices. Mix the mixture, form the dumplings, cook them and enjoy real South Tyrolean bacon dumplings at home even during your lunch break.
It's that simple: Put the contents of the pack in a bowl, add an egg and 150 ml of hot milk. Mix the ingredients into a dough and then let it rest for 10 minutes. Form the dough into 6 small dumplings (approx. 5 cm in diameter) and cook in boiling salted water for 15 minutes
