Honeydew honey, 250 g

The flavor of forest honey from the Pichler beekeeping company in Tarsch is uniquely strong; it's reminiscent of caramel and far less sweet than blossom honey. The industrious bees collect honeydew for forest honey, which they gather primarily from firs, larches, spruces, and oaks. Due to their essential oils, honeydew and forest honey are often used to treat colds.
