Description
The venison salami is made from pork and venison. It is filled into artificial casings and air-dried for at least 4 weeks. The venison salami is then washed, sliced and packaged. The salami consists of 77% pork and 20% venison. To produce 100g of finished product, 129gr. of pork and 35 g of venison are processed.
