Our wild boar ´Kaminwurzen´ are made from pork and wild boar meat. Filled in edible casings, lightly smoked and air-dried for at least two weeks, then washed, dried and packaged.

Pork, wild boar meat, salt, spices, dextrose, maltodextrin, natural flavors, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite.

For 100g end product were used: 136g pork, 39g wild boar meat.
