Salami with mouflon, 180 g

The mouflon salami is made from pork and mouflon meat. Filled into artificial casings and air-dried for at least 4 weeks. The mouflon salami is then washed, divided and packaged.
As these are natural products from handcrafted production, the color and shape of the delivered goods may differ from the product images. Due to natural drying, the weight of the delivered product may deviate slightly from the information given, but always within the legal standards.
Pork (origin: AT),The salami consists of 77% pork and 20% mouflon meat. To produce 100g of finished product, 129gr. Pork and 35 gr. Mouflon meat processed.
Characteristics: Red-brown dry surface. Strong, intense fleshy red inside, with small visible pieces of fat. Delicate - aromatic
Ingredients: pork, mouflon meat, salt, spices, dextrose, flavors, seasoning (based on corn), natural flavors, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; Spice extract, preservative: sodium nitrite.
For 100g of final product the following were used: 129g pork, 35g mouflon meat
