Pork (Origin: EU). This salami consists of 77% pork and 30% chamois meat. 129g of pork and 35g chamois meat are used to produce 100g of the finished product.
Characteristics: Reddish-brown, dry surface. A deep, intense red color inside, with small, visible pieces of fat. Delicate and aromatic.
Ingredients: Pork, chamois meat, salt, spices, dextrose, flavorings, seasoning (corn-based), natural flavors, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; spice extract, preservative: sodium nitrite.
For 100g of the finished product, the following were used: 129g pork, 35g chamois meat.
